Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected on naturalizationroadmap.com, how it is used, and how to contact DGSAC Holdings LLC about your privacy.

Information collected

  • When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, message, and the date you sent it.
  • When you buy the kit, Stripe collects the payment and billing details needed to process your purchase. We can access order information, including your email address and payment status. Our site does not store your full card number.
  • Our hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device details, and request logs to operate and protect the site.
  • The Meta Pixel collects information about visits and confirmed purchases, as described below.

Please do not send immigration documents, identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive case information through the contact form. We cannot advise you about your immigration case.

How information is used

We use contact and order information to answer questions, provide download support, handle refunds, maintain purchase records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Technical information helps our providers keep the site and checkout working.

Meta Pixel and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It records page visits and, after payment is confirmed, a purchase event with the kit name, value, currency, and an order reference. Meta may also receive your IP address, browser information, page address, and cookie or device identifiers.

Meta and other third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet, and use it to provide measurement services and target advertising. Meta may connect this information with your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policies. This sharing may count as a sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising under some privacy laws.

The Meta Pixel is off until you choose “Accept tracking.” Choose “Decline tracking” to keep it off, or use “Privacy choices” at the top of any page to change your choice. Declining does not prevent you from buying or downloading the kit. Withdrawing permission stops future Pixel events from this site but does not erase information already sent to Meta. We honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising tracking off. You can also limit cookies in your browser, use tracking protection, and manage advertising preferences through Meta’s ad preferences, the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out, or Your Online Choices. These options do not necessarily stop all data collection and may apply only to the browser or device you use.

Cookies and stored preferences

We save your tracking choice in your browser’s local storage. We also store a purchase-event marker so refreshing the thank-you page does not count the same purchase twice. When you accept tracking, Meta may set advertising cookies. Stripe may use cookies or similar technology for checkout security and fraud prevention independently of optional Meta tracking.

Who receives information

We use Lovable Cloud for website hosting and contact-message storage, Stripe for payments, and Meta for advertising measurement. Our support email is hosted by Proton Mail, so messages exchanged by email are processed by that service. Providers process information according to their terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud or security issues.

See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy for their practices.

Retention and security

We retain contact messages and order records as needed to provide support, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods depend on the record and applicable obligations. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Your privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, or object to or opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising. Use our contact form to make a request. We may need to verify your identity; some records must be retained by law. We honor Global Privacy Control for advertising tracking. A browser “Do Not Track” signal alone is not treated as an opt-out; use “Privacy choices” to decline tracking.

Children and policy changes

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us to request deletion. We will post changes to this policy here and update the date above.
