What is covered

This guarantee covers purchases of The 11-Stage Naturalization Roadmap digital kit from DGSAC Holdings LLC through this website. You can request a full refund even if you have downloaded or read the guide. There is no restocking fee, and you do not need to return physical goods.

How to request your refund

Email dgsacholdings@protonmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order reference or purchase date so we can find the payment. You do not need to provide a reason, immigration documents, or card details.

You can also send your request through our contact form. A request sent within the 30-day period qualifies even if we review it afterward. The form is an alternative, not a requirement.

How the money is returned

Refunds are handled manually after we locate the purchase. We refund the full amount paid for the kit, including any sales tax collected on that purchase, to the original payment method through Stripe. We do not deduct a processing fee from your refund.

The time for a refund to appear depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer. Submitting a request does not automatically process the refund. If you have not received confirmation or the refund has not appeared, contact us so we can check its status.

What you may keep

You may keep the checklists after a refund. This guarantee does not give permission to resell or publicly distribute any part of the kit.

Download problems or duplicate charges

If a download fails, you lose your files, or you believe you were charged twice, contact us with the purchase email and available order details. We can help locate the order and provide a replacement download link or review the charge. Asking for download help does not take away your right to a refund within 30 days.

After 30 days and your legal rights

The voluntary money-back guarantee ends 30 days after purchase. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights concerning a faulty product, non-delivery, or an incorrect charge. The guarantee applies to this kit purchase, not USCIS fees or payments to another business.
