Terms of Purchase and Use
These terms apply to this website and purchases of The 11-Stage Naturalization Roadmap from DGSAC Holdings LLC. Please read them before buying.
What you are buying
The 2026 Rules Edition is a three-file digital kit: a 26-page guide PDF, an Excel workbook with 17 trackers, and an 18-page PDF with 17 matching printable worksheets. The kit includes pre-filing checks and a page explaining which facts to check again before you file.
The price is $27 USD, paid once. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge. This is a digital download, not a printed book, immigration application, government filing fee, or legal service.
Payment and delivery
Stripe processes payment. After payment is confirmed, the thank-you page provides a download link to the ZIP file containing the kit. Save a copy to your device. You will need software that opens PDF and Excel files and can extract a ZIP file. No physical product is shipped.
Automatic backup delivery emails are not currently provided. If you cannot download the kit or lose your files, use our contact form for help.
30-day refund guarantee
Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No explanation is required, and you may keep the checklists. Downloading the files does not cancel this guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.
Personal use and copyright
DGSAC Holdings LLC retains copyright in the kit. Your purchase gives you permission to download, save, and print it for your own and your household’s personal use. You may not resell it, publish it online, or distribute the complete files to others. You may retain the checklists after a refund as stated in our refund guarantee. These terms do not limit uses allowed by copyright law.
Educational information, not legal advice
This is an independent educational publication, not legal advice or a legal service. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, assess your eligibility, represent you, submit your application, or promise approval, a passing test score, or faster processing.
The guide is not connected to, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by USCIS, CBP, DHS, or any other government agency. Andrew Hedrick is a former USCIS employee and does not represent the agency. Official government forms and instructions are available free from USCIS. Consult a licensed immigration attorney or DOJ-accredited representative for advice about your own circumstances.
Dated information and updates
This edition was revised in October 2026, with facts checked October 7, 2026. Rules, fees, and processing times may change. Verify information at its source before relying on it. Proposed rules are not rules in effect. The purchase does not include a promise of free future editions or ongoing updates.
Website use and your information
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or send unlawful content. Provide accurate payment and contact information, and do not submit sensitive immigration records. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, including Meta Pixel tracking.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. The refund guarantee applies in addition to those rights. Updated terms will be posted here; changes do not reduce the refund promise made for an earlier purchase.
